The Chippewa County Historical Society and Genealogical Society are housed in the Parish of Notre Dame's former convent at 123 Allen Street. The Area History Center offers exhibit rooms displaying period furniture, mementos and photographs. Also visit the 1894 Goldsmith Memorial Chapel.
